SALAD OLIVIER 
7 eggs, hard boiled
7 larger potatoes, boiled
1 lg. cucumber
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
2 c. peas
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. olive oil

Chop eggs, dice potatoes, cut cucumber into small pieces. Add cucumber, chicken and peas to eggs and potatoes. Moisten with mayonnaise, when mixed, place in oiled mold. To serve remove from mold and ice with mayonnaise as a cake. Garnish with radish slices and olive slices. Serves 20.
