TWICE BAKED CREAM CHEESE PIE 
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar

SECOND LAYER:

1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Mix ingredients for first layer until creamy. Pour mixture into 10 inch pie crust and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix ingredients for second layer until creamy and pour over first layer. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate after adding topping of your choice for 3 hours before serving.
