CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 dozen corn tortilla
2 c. cooked boned chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 lg. can chopped green chiles
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. cumin
3 tbsp. pimento pepper, chopped
3/4 lb. grated Cheddar
Garlic powder
Mushrooms

Mix chicken, soup, chiles, onions, sour cream, cumin, garlic, pimento and mushroom, if desired. Heat all together. Cut tortillas in 4th's and alternate with hot mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or until heated through.
