FRIED PIE PASTRY 
2 c. all-purpose flour
dash of ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vinegar
4 to 5 tbsp. cold water

Mix all ingredients, divide into 10 balls. Roll out. Use 2 teaspoons of fruit filling for each pie.
