"HARDEE STYLE" BREAKFAST
CINNAMON BISCUITS
 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
Cinnamon to taste
1/4 c. cold butter in 4 pieces
3/4 c. milk
Raisins (optional)

Place flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in processor. Process on-off to mix. Add butter and process 10 seconds. Pour milk over; process on-off 6 to 8 times. Knead 6 to 8 times; put some sugar on counter. Cut in circles. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Frost with confectioners' sugar/milk frosting.
