1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, sliced or cubed 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (6 oz.) box onion & garlic croutons 1 stick butter, melted (1/2 c.) Paprika Cook vegetables in salt water for 10 minutes; drain. Put in an 8"x11" glass cake pan. Cover with cut up cheese, then cover with cream of mushroom soup. Then sprinkle the croutons over the soup. Then pour the melted butter all over croutons, then sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil and remove for the last 15 minutes. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
