HERBED VEGETABLE PASTA 
8 oz. spinach linguine
1/2 head cauliflower, sliced
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. tarragon, or white wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 red pepper, chopped

Cook pasta, add cauliflower last 3 minutes of cooking, drain. In a bowl, beat together oil, vinegar, mustard, tarragon, sugar and salt. Add pasta, cauliflower and pepper. toss to coat well. 4 servings. 328 calories.
