CHICKEN PICANTE 
6 chicken pieces, skinned and boned
1/2 c. med. chunky taco sauce
1/4 c. Dijon or spicy mustard
2 tbsp. lime juice
Cilantro or chinese parsley
2 tbsp. olive oil
6 tbsp. plain yogurt

Combine taco sauce, mustard, lime juice and cilantro. Marinate chicken at least 30 minutes. Saute chicken, about 10 minutes, turning until brown on all sides. Add marinade. Cook about 5 minutes, or until chicken is tender and marinade is reduce and starts to glaze. Remove chicken, increase heat to high and boil marinade 1 minutes. Place chicken on noodles, cover with sauce, and place 1 tablespoon yogurt on each breast. Garnish with cilantro.
