PASTA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
3 c. hot cooked spaghetti
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cottage cheese

Microwave at high 5 to 6 minutes the ground beef and onion, drain. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, flour, seasonings. Microwave on high 7-8 minutes. Stir once; set aside.

Stir eggs, spaghetti, Parmesan and butter. Form into crust in quiche dish; cover with plastic wrap. Cook on medium 5-6 minutes. Turn after 3 minutes.

Spoon cottage cheese over crust; spread meat mixture on top. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on medium 4 minutes; turn after 2 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella; let stand 5 minutes. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
