BUTTERSCOTCH BARS 
2 1/2 c. firmly packed finely ground graham crackers
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. coconut flavoring

TOPPING:

6 oz. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 tsp. burnt sugar flavoring

Mix first 3 ingredients. Cook eggs, sugar, butter over low heat for 5 minutes. Watch as this will stick. Let cool and add coconut flavoring. While still warm, pour over the first mixture and mix. Then press in 9 x 13-inch pan. To make topping, melt ingredients over low heat. Spread over above mixture. Let set until cool then cut into squares.
