CHERRY DUMP CAKE | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling 7 oz. (1/2 pkg.) Angel Flake coconut 1 box yellow cake mix 1 c. pecans, chopped 1/2 c. butter, melted Stir together crushed pineapple (do not drain) and cherry pie filling. Spread in bottom of glass 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over top in order given. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove foil. Bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes. Great with ice cream. Serve hot or cold. Serves 12 to 15. |
