ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 can asparagus pieces
1 can sm. early peas
3 boiled eggs
Cheese sauce
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained

Combine asparagus, mushrooms, peas and cut up boiled eggs together in an oven safe dish; set aside.

To make cheese sauce use 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan and heat. Add 2 tablespoons flour and slowly add milk to reach gravy consistency. Add 4 ounces grated regular or sharp cheddar cheese. When melted, remove from heat. Beat 1 egg and stir into cheese sauce. Pour over asparagus mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until browning on top, about 30 minutes.
