ZIPPY CHICKEN STIR-FRY 
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. gr. ginger
2 tbsp. oil
3 chicken breasts, boned & skinned, cut into thin strips
1 c. each - broccoli, flowerettes, red pepper strips and thin carrot slices
1/4 c. green onion, slices
1 clove garlic, minced
4 c. hot rice

Stir together salad dressing, soy sauce and ginger. Heat wok with oil, over medium-high heat, and add chicken. Stir fry 4 minutes. Add vegetables and garlic. Stir fry 3-4 minutes. Stir in salad dressing mix and simmer 30 seconds. Serve over hot rice, cooked Ramen noodles or crispy chow mein noodles.
