NEW TWIST TO TUNA HOT DISH 
1 can tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can evaporated milk
1 (16 oz.) box cheese crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
Chopped black olives (opt.)

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 1 quart casserole dish at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. A nice change from macaroni.
