TOMATO SOUP CAKE 
1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can tomato soup
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Cream first 3 ingredients. Add flour. Add next 3 ingredients. Mix soup and soda well. Add to other ingredients. Raisins, nuts, optional. Bake 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.
