FRUIT SALAD WITH LEMON SAUCE 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 c. water
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. butter
2-4 tbsp. lemon juice

Beat egg in 1 cup water. Add other ingredients and cook until thick (can be cooked in microwave). Cool. Cut up fresh fruit of all kinds. Add any can fruit (drained) that you like. When sauce is cool, mix over fruit. If using bananas, add them just before serving time. Delicious after it has sat for several hours.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
