RICE PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
1 lg. can (16 oz.) evaporated milk and equal part of water
1 c. sugar
1 dash salt
1 dash nutmeg
1 piece butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients in buttered casserole dish. Place butter on top and sprinkle with nutmeg before placing in oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 3/4 to 1 hour. Stir once halfway through cooking time.

Pam can also be used.
