SARDINE SALAD 
1 can skinless & boneless sardines (packed in oil or water)
1 plum tomato, diced
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Drain sardines and place in bowl. Add chopped onion and diced plum tomato. Blend in mayonnaise, salt and pepper. (Serve with crackers.)
