2 1/2 c. beet juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
1 pkg. raspberry Jello

Cook to rolling boil; turn off fire and remove from heat. Add 4 1/2 cups sugar; stir until dissolved. Skim, pour into jars!
