PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1/4 c. thawed frozen dairy whipped topping (Cool Whip)
2 tbsp. smooth or chunky peanut butter
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. shredded coconut

In small mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll mixture into 6 equal balls and set each ball into a paper souffle cup. Set cups on freezer safe plate, cover with moisture and vapor resistant wrapping and freeze until hardened.
