2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
2 eggs
Scant 2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. chocolate chip cookie dough

Slice one roll of cookies thin and cover bottom of pan. Keep second roll in refrigerator. Beat eggs, add sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Pour over cookies in pan. Slice second roll and cover cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into bars.
