BAKED BEANS 
2 (1 lb.) cans baked pea beans
3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. onion, diced
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cinnamon
3/4 c. ketchup
2 slices bacon, diced
1/2 to 1 c. corn flakes

Mix beans with sugar, onion, spices and ketchup. Put in greased bean pot or baking dish. Sprinkle on the bacon and cover with corn flakes. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, or until slightly moist. Serve warm. Yield: 4-6 portions.
