MUSTARD GLAZED LAMB CUTLETS | |
8 lamb cutlets, well trimmed 1 1/2 tbsp. milk good quality mustard (Dijon) 3 tbsp. brown sugar Coat cutlets with mustard, then brown sugar. Cook on barbecue for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. |
