BREAD ROLLS 
1 loaf of sliced white bread
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
Sugar and cinnamon, mixed

Cut crust from bread slices, roll each slice very thin, using a rolling pin.

Mix cream cheese, egg yolk and 1/4 cup sugar; spread evenly on each bread slice.

Roll each slice of bread jelly roll fashion, starting from one corner. Arrange on cookie sheet and freeze. Before baking roll in melted butter and cinnamon. Bake 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until nice and brown.
