TEX - MEX CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 c. tomato juice
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

Brown ground beef and drain off grease. Add other ingredients and cook in a 2 quart crock pot for 4 to 5 hours on high or for 10 to 12 hours on low.
