SANDWICH SOUFFLE 
6 slices white bread
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
2 c. chopped ham
3/4 c. cheddar or American cheese (use both if preferred)
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cut crust off slices of bread, lay bread on bottom of 13"x9" pan. Layer cooked broccoli over the bread. Sprinkle cheese over top of broccoli (reserve some for the top). Add egg and milk mixture, sprinkle with onion, salt and dry mustard. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Make and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Serves 6.
