HASH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
24 oz. Ore Ida hash browns (thawed)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped

Cook meat and add remaining ingredients. Bake in a 9x13 pan, 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with a can of onion rings. Bake for 15 minutes more.
