9 inch unbaked pie shell
6 oz. sausage cooked, drained and crumbled
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line unbaked pie shell with half of cheese, cut into strips. Crumble sausage, put in cheese. Cover with remaining cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper and beat well. Pour over ingredients already in shell. Bake 25-30 minutes until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Serve hot.
