TRI-COLOR MOLDED SALAD 
2 (1 lb., 1 oz.) cans fruit cocktail
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored Jello
1 c. boiling water

1st Step: Drain fruit cocktail reserving 1 cup syrup. Dissolve strawberry Jello in boiling water. Add 1/2 cup syrup and 1 1/3 cups fruit cocktail. Pour into 2 quart greased mold. Chill until firm.

2nd Step: Dissolve lemon Jello in boiling water; let cool. Gradually add to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Pour over strawberry layer. Chill until almost firm.

3rd Step: Dissolve lime Jello in boiling water. Add 1/2 cup syrup and remaining fruit cocktail. Pour over lemon layer. Chill until almost firm. After it is all done and when ready to serve, with a warm knife, poke around the mold and put the pan in a little warm water and it will unmold easily.
