2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon extract or vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sour cream
Pinch of nutmeg
Flour (about 4 cups)

Mix all ingredients. Drop on cookie sheet and press down with glass dipped in sugar. Sprinkle little more sugar on top, if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes.
