4 eggs
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 box butter recipe yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections and juice

Grease and flour three 8 inch cake pans. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Beat at medium speed four minutes. Spread batter evenly in pans. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Combine all ingredients. Spread and stack cake layers. Refrigerate. Garnish with mandarin orange sections and whole or chopped pecans.
