LASAGNE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 cans tomato soup
2 tsp. vinegar
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. onion, grated
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. water
1/2 lb. lasagna, cooked and drained
Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and onion. Add garlic powder, oregano, water, soup, vinegar, simmer 30 minutes, stirring now and then.

In 9x13 inch dish, arrange 3 alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting. For firmer consistency, add 1 egg to cottage cheese.
