LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
3 c. (12 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
12 cooked lasagna noodles

Brown ground beef and sausage. Drain. Add tomato sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and chili powder. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Layer 1/3 each of the noodles, sauce and Mozzarella cheese in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Repeat layers 2 times. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
