2 c. apples
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
1 unbaked pie crust
Cinnamon or nutmeg
butter

Mix apples, sugar, flour and milk. Pour into pie crust and dot with butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
