MUSTARD CHICKEN | |
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1/2 c. prepared mustard, any type 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. ground ginger Place chicken in baking dish. Mix other ingredients; pour over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees, 50 minutes, basting occasionally. |
