CRANBERRY SALAD 
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 orange, peeled
1 diced apple
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water

Blend cranberries and orange sections using orange juice in blender until well chopped. Add sugar and refrigerate overnight. Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water, stir in cranberry mixture, celery, apple and nuts. Chill until it is just slightly thicken, pour in mold and chill until set.
