BURRITOS 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can refried beans
1 (1 lb.) box Velveeta mild Mexican cheese
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies
1 (15 oz.) can Hormel chili with no beans

Brown meat and onions in large pan; drain. Add seasonings and beans. Stir well and heat through. Spoon meat mixture onto warm regular size flour tortillas and roll up; set aside. Cube cheese in a casserole dish and microwave on high for 3 minutes; stir. Add chili with no beans and Rotel tomatoes with chilies and microwave another 6 minutes on high. Stir every 3 minutes. Add time until all cheese is melted and sauce is hot. Top tortillas with cheese sauce. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
