Zucchini, arrange in Pyrex casserole, split lengthwise, score, salt & pepper
Chicken stock (powdered), spread liberally over zucchini
Onion puree, spread over zucchini
Butter, melt, pour over zucchini; use LOTS of butter

Cook in 360 degree oven until soft but not brown; add more butter if necessary. DON'T SPARE THE BUTTER. 8 or 10 minutes in microwave on high.
