SOUR CREAM BANANA BREAD 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed bananas, ripe
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients, then bananas, nuts and sour cream. Mix well. Bake in greased loaf pan in 350 degree oven about 50 to 55 minutes.
