HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. chicken, diced
4 c. celery
3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 grated onion
2 cans water chestnuts
2 c. Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. potato chips

Cook and dice chicken. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese and chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
