2 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
1 (16 oz.) jar non-dairy creamer
Dash of salt
Optional: 1 (10 oz.) bag sm. marshmallows

Combine ingredients. For each serving: add 1 cup hot water to 1/3 cup cocoa mix. Stir well until blended. Store remaining mix in airtight container. (28 servings).
