4 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. mustard

Blend well and put over low fire, stirring constantly until thick. Cool. Use in potato salad, macaroni salad. Yields 2 cups.
