1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (10 oz.) 7-Up
Red food color
1 9" pie shell, cooked
2 pt. strawberries
1 sm. carton Cool Whip

Cook until smooth and creamy sugar, cornstarch and 7-Up. Add food color to make a nice red. Cool. Add strawberries. Put in cooled pie shell. Top with Cool Whip. Yield one 9 inch pie.
