1 box yellow cake mix (your favorite)
1 egg
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch pan (I use metal).

Mix cake mix with egg and melted butter. Pat into bottom of greased pan.

FILLING:

1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (I use Philadelphia)
2 eggs

Mix cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Beat with mixer about 3 minutes. Pour over crust.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes until light golden brown.
