PEARS IN WINE 
1 c. ruby port
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
Sour cream

Combine wine and brown sugar in a saucepan. Add pears. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Chill until serving time. Pour wine mixture over 2 pear halves in a dessert dish. Spoon on sour cream.
