4 eggs
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1/2 c. butter, cubed
3 tbsp. cottage cheese
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. buttermilk

Beat eggs well. Add cheese, butter, cottage cheese, Bisquick, and buttermilk, mixing well. Pour into a well greased 13 x 9 inch Pyrex baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until colored brown.

Note: If you have sour cream, add 2 tablespoons.
