SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6-8 med. potatoes
Season salt
Black pepper
Basil
Garlic
butter
Evaporat ed milk
Bread crumbs
Flour (sift onto potatoes)

Use deep loaf glass pan. Peel and slice potatoes. Dot bottom of pan with butter and cover bottom with evaporated milk. Layer with potatoes, season salt, pepper, basil, butter, evaporated milk, flour. Continue layering until pan is full. Top with hint of garlic, bread crumbs. Bake at 375-400 degrees, approximately 1 hour or until tender.
