1 stick butter 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. flour 1/2 c. broken pieces pecans 2 eggs 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. unpacked brown sugar 2 tbsp. melted butter Dash of salt Soften cream cheese and butter. Blend with flour. Chill. Divide dough into 24 pieces. Roll into balls and push into mini cupcake pans to form lining. Place pieces of pecans into cups after lining with pastry. Mix together the eggs, vanilla, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt. Pour over pecans. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
