KOREAN MINI-BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 block bean curd (tofu), drained

MIXTURE A:

4 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. minced green onions
2 tsp. minced garlic
2/3 tsp. minced ginger
Dash of pepper
4 tsp. toasted and ground sesame seeds
3 tbsp. sesame oil
Dash of Accent (optional)

MIXTURE B:

4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. sesame seed

MIXTURE B: Mix well for dip. Season to taste.

Break up bean curd with a fork and mix with meat. Add Mixture A and mix thoroughly. Shape into oval patties, flattened. Broil well on both sides or pan broil. Serve hot, dipped in Mixture B. Serves 8.
