KOREAN MINI-BURGERS 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. green onion, minced
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. sesame seed
Dash of black pepper

Mix all ingredients well and shape into 8-10 small patties. Broil or grill. Serve on small hamburger buns. 4-5 servings.
